What this map tells you.

This is a map of documented ERP / case popolari address locations in central Milan. It brings together public address records for MM and ALER; it is not a verified, exhaustive inventory of all housing operating in 2026. Absence from this map does not establish absence of public housing.

Scope and boundary

The screenshot is interpreted as the outer boulevard ring: Monte Ceneri–Bodio–Jenner–Marche–Lunigiana–Brianza to the north; Abruzzi–dei Mille–Piceno–Umbria to the east; Isonzo–Toscana–Tibaldi–Liguria–Cassala to the south; and Troya–Misurata–Bezzi–Murillo–Stuparich–Serra to the west. The dashed polygon is an approximate manual trace, not an official administrative boundary. Only addresses whose mapped point falls inside it are displayed. Gold outlines identify points within 100 metres of the trace; their inclusion is sensitive to boundary interpretation. Buildings may extend across the line.

How locations were assembled

The Comune’s 14-page ERP service-address list was extracted and matched to the official civic-coordinate dataset dated 1 October 2026. Street-name order and former names were normalised. Explicit lists of civic numbers were separated into address records. Interior staircases and apartments are not mapped. MM’s residential list was used to check grouped addresses and add Via Sebenico 3 and 5. Viale Sondrio 26/C was excluded: MM’s list places that address in Muggiò.

Grouped Via Statuto 15/17 and Via Guglielmo Pepe 14/38 are shown at their separately registered civic numbers. Via San Maurilio 8/8 and Borsieri 14/B use base-number coordinates and are marked approximate. Borsieri 14 and 14/B overlap; both remain selectable in the list. A point represents an entrance/address, not a building footprint, dwelling count, available property or current tenancy.

Coverage limits

The main source is a social-custody service register, not a guaranteed complete cadastral inventory. Sales, additions, manager changes and demolished buildings since publication may not be reflected. MM’s supplementary list is undated. No apartment totals are inferred. Privately owned subsidised housing, cooperatives and former public estates now sold are not systematically covered. The general municipal property register was inspected but not treated as a housing register because it includes other property types.
